BC BONUS LAN Discount System

Hardware Systems for Discount Application
Device for reading EAN13 barcodes and QR codes to be assigned to parking tickets, enabling discounts in time, value, percentage, or tariff changes applied to the ticket. The system consists of a converter connected to a barcode or QR code scanner.

General Information

The BC BONUS device requires only a 12 VDC power supply (included), a 5 VDC power supply (included), and a connection to the parking LAN network. The price includes the BC Bonus software, which will be installed by the XMS technical department on the parking server PC. This software allows one or more devices to communicate with the server and its database. The operator first scans the discount to be applied — a pre-printed barcode or QR code on paper or another medium — to select the bonus value or type. Then, the operator scans the customer’s parking ticket to apply the discount. It is also possible to scan only the customer’s ticket and automatically associate a single predefined bonus type, without selecting it from the list.
