General Information

• Self-supporting steel structure treated with cataphoresis and powder-coated (optional stainless steel version). • Allows right/left configuration by adjusting the internal spring without modifying the barrier body (the barrier is always supplied pre-set for left-side installation). • Compatible with BOOM ES and BOOM PS arms. • Balancing through spring included in the barrier. • Opening time: from 2.2 to 4 seconds depending on arm length. • Passage width: 2 to 4 m standard version, 4.5 to 6 m XL version. • Operating frequency: 5,000 cycles/day for 3.0 m arms; 2,000 cycles/day for 6.0 m arms. • MCBF: 3,000,000 cycles. • Impact reaction with motion reversal on closing, stop on opening (encoder-based). • Arms can be equipped with high-visibility LED lights in combination with GT-BOARD light module (optional). • Version with 120 Vac power supply available. • Gear reducer permanently lubricated with grease. • Built-in, electronically adjustable limit switches. • Control unit housed in the upper section of the barrier, easily accessible by removing the top cover. • Barrier access via inspection door with personalized key. • Emergency manual release using personalized key. • MERAK GIOTTO ULTRA 36 control unit: • full management of EELINK and U-LINK protocols; • separate safety inputs; • configurable command inputs; • built-in rolling-code radio receiver with transmitter cloning. • Prepared for lateral and under-bar photocell mounting (using dedicated bracket).
