X PARKING RESERVATION is an advanced solution for purchasing daily parking tickets or periodic subscriptions for parking areas or access control systems directly online. It is not a native app but a web application accessible from both PCs and smartphones, hosted on certified European cloud servers. The original portal is branded XMS, but on request, the domain (e.g., [www.yourparkingname.reservation.com](http://www.yourparkingname.reservation.com)), menu colors, and various logos can be customized. Users start with a quick registration process and can then easily purchase tickets or subscriptions, manage their orders, access their tickets via QR Code, update personal information, and more. Payments can be processed either through an acquirer/payment processor provided by XMS or through the area operator’s own system (via API integration). Each purchase automatically generates an email to the customer containing purchase details and a QR Code for parking access. The same data is also stored within the Fenix PMS management software.

The email includes purchase details, any instructions, the validity period, and a QR Code for access to the parking area. Secure European Hosting • Hosted on European servers to ensure reliability, security, and GDPR compliance for user data. Assistance and Technical Support • Ongoing support and maintenance, including periodic updates, to keep the online sales service efficient and fully operational.
